B&B terms and conditions
If you are reading this, you have either made a booking or are planning to make a booking.
It is very important that nearer your arrival date you let me know when you are intending to arrive at the chalet. I may not be there to welcome you but there is a code for the blue ski room door so you will be able to get in. You will have to call me though so make sure you have a mobile with you (number below). If you don’t have a mobile phone, there’s a public phone which takes credit cards on the campsite next door.
If you have to cancel your booking, please do so as early as possible. In the event of a no-show, we will debit your card for 1 nights stay.
Breakfast is included in the price of your room. This is served between 8.00 and 9.00 in the breakfast/ dining area. This area is otherwise private and not a common room. You can however use the balcony and garden.
Chalet les Frenes is a B&B and there are no kitchen facilities. There is however a fridge in the skiroom for your use, you are welcome to make hot drinks in the owners kitchen and there’s a grill BBQ outside you can cook on.
