How to get to the B&B

If you are coming from Geneva airport, you can get a transfer to
Chalet Les Frenes with one of the many companies that offer a door to door service.

If you are driving, a good landmark to head for is the Hotel Mercure (the Les Bossons one - not the Chamonix centre one) which is located very close to our chalet.
If you are coming by train, the best stop to get off at is Les Bossons which is 4 stops before Chamonix if you are coming from St.Gervais or 4 stops after Chamonix if you are coming from Martigny. If we are available, we can pick you up from the Les Bossons stop. Just let us know your time of arrival in advance.
If you come to the chalet from Chamonix centre on the free bus, take bus number 9 to Les Houches. The bus turns left in Les bossons at a roundabout and goes short way up the hill - Route des Tissieres. The bus then does a U turn and comes back down the hill. Ring the bell and get off at the next stop at the end of Route de Vers Le Nant. (It is a temporary stop between “Les Monquarts” and “Glacier des Bossons”. We are 5 mins from this stop.
